From the city of brotherly love and SOUL, DEL has had success working for the world's largest healthcare company while maintaining ties to music and DJing throughout his life. DEL has played in clubs while living in State College, Connecticut, and Chicago as well as guest spots in Miami, New York, and Brussels. DEL was the DJ for two years on WDFM's popular, “University of Jam” radio show in State College and has appeared on Philly’s WKDU.
In his hometown, DEL has been around the music scene for years DJing at all of the major clubs and parties such as SUNDAE, Drumsong, Therapy, Robotique, and Mojito, and with a residency at Philly’s top lounge, g. With a vast library of classic vinyl, he has created numerous edits and remixes while his promotional, "A DEL Mix", series has been a staple for fans over the years.
DEL and childhood friend, legendary producer–DJ Robbie Tronco, established troncoDELphia productions in '04. In '09, DEL launched the philaDELphiaSOULmusic site and label to share the history and the sounds of philaDELphia with music lovers everywhere.
DEL credits the years he spent with his late brother Jimmy (award winning lighting engineer) and the incredible DJs at the legendary Philly clubs, The Second Story (the Philly predecessor to Studio 54) and Catacombs (the predecessor to Paradise Garage) as the foundation for why and how he spins today. DEL always shares his energy and SOUL as he “tells a story” through his music!
