LuVitt House / Progressive / Techno

LuVitt was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and grew up around Top 40 and classic rock played by his father, a drummer in a band for most of his 20s. Although music runs in LuVitt's blood, he never came across Electronic Dance Music until he was 15 years old, when his friends' older brothers began playing "techno". It wasn't until the age of 20, at West Chester University, that LuVitt was finally introduced to House music- a completely different style that he had never heard before. Shortly thereafter, LuVitt purchased equipment and was dead set on playing music that would create that indescribable vibe and experience time and time again.
He first performed at Mezzanine in his college town, and the success led him to working with DJ JNH. Since then he has played venues throughout Philadelphia such as Vango, G Lounge, Bamboo Bar, Pearl, and Silk City. Through these events, LuVitt joined forces with DJs JNH and Jaden K, creating dance.philly. and locking down residencies at Metro, Prive, and Zee Bar. LuVitt has found his niche. His style is unique in that he takes you through different genres in his sets and on any given night can go from funky, to tech house, to progressive. You just never know what to expect from LuVitt. The only thing he will guarantee you is a night to remember - full of anticipation and non-stop body moving beats.
